PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS (please read to know what you are getting)
THE
24 Case: Our standard models hold 24 diatonic harps + 3 moveable compartments. You have the option to add your name
engraved on the plaque for an additional fee. The 24 case allows you to easily
adjust the compartment size by moving the dividers. There are various possibilities, these pictures are only a couple of examples.
You can also alter your case to hold a 12 or 16 hole chromatic by cutting 1-2 of the dividers or pay us a little extra
to do it for you. The compartments fit bullet style mics and cords if wrapped carefully. If you want a longer mic contact

The 42 Case: The 42 is for the professional that likes to have multiple
keys, low tunings etc. This case can also be modified after purchase to hold chromatics and you can add your name to the plaque
for an extra fee. Pictures below.
Custom/Combo Cases: These give
you the freedom to choose what you want. Many possibilities including slots for multiple chromatics, vocal mics, pedals, etc.
We have added some purchasing options below which over time we have found to be the most common. If you want something more
advanced please contact us. We can also make the lid removeable upon request. This case does not have the option for a mic
stand attachment at this time. Pictures below.
TURBOLIDS
DO NOT FIT OUR CASE. The maximum height of a harp cannot exceed 4 and 1/8 inches or approximately 105 mm. Taller
12 hole/14 hole harmonicas and chromatics can be placed in a custom slot made by us or you!
ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES: USA and Foreign shipping is now
added automatically and is calculated by region. Orders are shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking and include insurance.
The USPS does not offer insurance or tracking services on international. We have had 99.9% delivery rate with international
shipments this way.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/WARRANTY:
If you are not satisfied with the case you may return it for a refund, but the case must come in original packaging and must
not show signs of use in anyway. This means that you must pack it well to be shipped. If it arrives blemished,
we cannot re-sell it and therefore cannot grant a refund. Please understand that custom cases, that include name engraving
are NOT refundable because of the impossibility of selling your name on it to someone else and all the labor it takes for
the customization. The case is warrantied against defects for one year from purchase. This does not include cosmetic, only
functional issues. The lexan dividers will last forever as they are made from bullet proof glass. We are currently working
on a new custom shell and will eventually offer a swap out program if you wish to upgrade in the future. Current estimate

Are you looking for a more complex custom harmonica case? We
do more complex work like removeable lids and additional panel configurations for mics, pedals, and multiple chromatics. Please
contact us for a custom quote. NOTE: this case does not have the ability to add a mic stand attachment. We
are currently prototyping a new model with that feature. No eta on when it will be ready. Thanks
Additional Information:
We do not sell the dividers without
the case. It is a complete package. If you are unsure how to cut the dividers, please contact us before you ruin them! We
will be making a video at some point.
The value of this case is in the artistry and complexity
of the divider system. These are made from expensive lexan plexiglass and take a lot of labor to construct. The case shell
is not made by us, we use a tool distributor to supply the raw shell and we make the dividers and plaque. This allows us to
keep the case cost down for you. We are currently working to make a more elaborate custom case and shell, but this takes time.
