International Shipping Policy

Customs: We understand that customs fees are high. We will do our best to fill out the forms properly to help you avoid excessive fees. If you have any instructions please email us after you place your order.

Priority Flat Rate Shipping now available for International: With the exception of harp cases, all items (combs, tools, harmonicas, etc) are sent International Economy. This can take up to 30-60 days or more to arrive and costs about $8 for one harmonica or 3-4 combs.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND using International Priority Mail. It is about $10 extra ($18 total) and you can ship several items including 5-7 combs or multiple harmonicas. It only takes 6-10 days to arrive. We have had much better success with this service.

4/23/12: We will not ship to Mexico unless it is insured express mail. Apologies, but we have had shipping issues there.

How to add Priority Shipping: Email us to confirm your shipping total, but you can send the cost different by using the custom payments page.

Tracking: There is no way to track international orders unless they are sent via Global Express which costs a fortune. We will send you the customs number after it is shipped.

Insurance: at this time the USPS only offers insurance for shipments to Canada. Contact us is you would like to add insurance to your order. There are buttons to do this on the custom harmonicas and harp case pages.

USA Shipping Policies

We send most packages First Class though the USPS with delivery confirmation. We will also email you the tracking info after we ship. If the package is heavier, like a harp case, we ship Priority with delivery confirmation.

When you purchase a case or custom harmonica, please add insurance to your order. It only costs $5 bucks and protects your investment.
